Cutivo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered coaching platform that analyses meeting transcripts to help professionals develop their skills and self-awareness. By creating an account and using Cutivo, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Cutivo.
Cutivo allows you to import or upload meeting transcripts, receive AI-generated behavioural insights, and engage in coaching sessions powered by large language models. The insights and coaching provided by Cutivo are for personal and professional development purposes only.
Important AI disclaimer
Cutivo is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counsellor, medical professional, or legal adviser. The coaching insights, growth themes, and session conversations generated by Cutivo are produced by AI and are not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, or legal counsel. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please speak with a qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cutivo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

We are not responsible for transcripts uploaded in violation of these requirements.
The insights, growth themes, trajectory scores, and coaching responses generated by Cutivo are produced by AI language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You should not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for important personal, professional, or financial decisions.
Cutivo uses Anthropic Claude to power its AI analysis and coaching sessions. Your transcript text is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cutivo may offer paid subscription plans. Payment terms, pricing, and billing details are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. We handle refunds at our discretion.
Cutivo and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us. Your transcript content and coaching conversations remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Cutivo service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutivo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on AI-generated coaching insights.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Cutivo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Cutivo after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings.
